BioHair Treatment values its relationship with its customers and therefore offers a return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Under this policy, a purchaser may return products within the applicable return policy period which have been purchased directly from BioHair Treatment, LLC. Products will be returned for a credit or a refund of the purchase price actually paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.

In order to return any product or products, you must contact a BioHair Treatment customer service representative at 888-407-3771 for return instructions.


   - Return all products to BioHair Treatment, LLC. 4822-A Vineland Ave North Hollywood, CA 91601. Credit for partial returns may be less than invoice.

   - Return the product in the original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment to you.

   - All returns and exchanges must be shipped at the customers expense. If you do not insure the shipment you accept the risk of loss or damage during transit.

Return Information for BioHair Treatment Formula and BioHair Treatment Cleanser:

All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting one of our customer service representatives at 888-407-3771. When returning orders, please include the following information. All returns will be processed upon receipt of a faxed, mailed or e-mailed hardcopy of the invoice.

Returns are accepted for both the BioHair Restoration Treatment and the BioHair Cleanser. You must first contact our customer service line at 888-407-3771 in order to authorize your return. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items to our facility. Full refund will only be given in the event that the product is unopened and still in it's original wrapping. Should the product be opened you may still return the item within the specified period for a refund of 30% of the original price paid for the product or products. All refunds will be issued less shipping cost. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the return of the products to our facility.

We do not allow exchanges of the BioHair Treatment Cleanser or the BioHair Treatment Formula.

-          The product must be returned to our office within 14 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.

-          Full refund will be given only in the event that the product box is unopened.

-          Should the product box be opened a refund will be issued less a 35% restocking fee.

-          Shipping charges are non-refundable.

-          You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in your return of the device to our facilities.

 

Exchange Information for the BioHair Treatment Laser & Stimulator:

All exchanges must be authorized in advance by contacting one of our customer service representatives at 888-407-3771.

In the event that the device has any manufacturers’ defects you have 30 days to return the device to us for an even exchange. We will determine whether the device is eligible for exchange at our discretion. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in your return of the device to our facilities.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR THE BIOHAIR TREATMENT LASER & STIMULATOR:
 

BioHair Treatment is recognized through customer loyalty and the highest level in customer satisfaction. In keeping with our valued ideology, we are pleased to offer our customers the BioHair ReGrowth Lifetime Limited Warranty Program.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty provides our valued customers peace of mind. All our products are made with the highest standards and care, and therefore are guaranteed to be durable and free of defect in material and craftsmanship.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty is effective from the date of purchase to the original purchaser for as long as the BioHair ReGrowth Laser & Stimulator remains in production. There is no need to register your product. You are immediately eligible for the Lifetime Limited Warranty. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. We will determine the identity of the original purchaser based upon the billing information you provide at checkout.

How to Submit a Claim

In order to submit a warranty claim email us or call our customer service at 888-407-3771. Claims will be honored in the case that the device has stopped working, has been damaged, is defective, or has missing and/or broken parts. All warranty claims are subject to a fee of 35% of the original price paid for the product. Should the product be an older model no longer in production, your claim will be subject to a fee of 35% of the original price of the product plus any difference in retail price between the model being returned and the replacement model.

The BioHair Capsules may be returned for store credit within 90 days of receipt of purchase. The store credit will be in the full amount of the original purchase less shipping changes.  In order to receive your store credit you must first return the empty BioHair Capsule bottle or bottles to our facility. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the capsules to us. Should you wish to receive a refund, you must return the empty bottle or bottles to us within the specified period of time and include your invoice and a note indicating the reason for your return. Provided this information we will issue a full refund less shipping changes.

Terms of Sale:

  • Claims: All claims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with the original purchase order must be made within five (5) working days of the receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise is quality inspected and packaged in perfect condition. The common carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise after it is removed from the F.O.B. shipping point. All claims for shortages, loss or damage must be documented and filed promptly with the freight carrier. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon discovery, with a request for inspection. If a request is made more than 15 days after the receipt of the merchandise, reasonable evidence must be submitted indicating that damage could not have occurred after delivery.
